What if I need my order now?

To change your next order date login and proceed to Your Account (located in the header) then select Manage followed by Change Upcoming Order Date.

How do I add a discount to my next order?

To add a new discount code to your subscription follow these steps. Once logged in, proceed to Your Account (located in the header) then select Manage followed by Manage Discounts.

How do I update shipping address?

Once logged in, proceed to Your Account (located in the header). Here, select Manage followed by Update Address.

What if I ordered the wrong item?

If your order has not shipped, we recommend cancelling your current order. You can do this by going to accessing your subscription manager by signing into the site. Once logged in, proceed to Your Account (located in the header). Here, select Manage followed by Cancel Order. Then select your correct product from our store and checkout as usual.

When am I charged for my box?

Your first box is charged upon checkout and each monthly box after that is charged at the time of shipment.

What will be shipped in my next subscription box?

For the black or white Gleam electric toothbrush, a $5 replacement head will be shipped in every new box. With the other orders, the same product will be shipped in your new box.

Where are brushes donated to when I buy a brush?

Every time you buy a Gleam brush, we donate one to those who need it most. We’re partnered with two charities: Corazón de Vida, a for-purpose organization dedicated to supporting orphaned children in Baja, Mexico—and The Children's Dental Health Clinic, a non-profit providing dental care to disadvantaged children in the Greater Long Beach and South Bay areas.

How long will it take to get my box?

You should see that little bundle of joy on your doorstep 3-5 business days after you’ve received your shipment confirmation email.

How do I enter my discount code or gift card?

Have a discount code you want to use on your order? Enter it when you're checking out and the magic of the internet will activate any discounts associated with your code.

What shipping carriers do you use?

All of our orders ship via USPS. Stars, stripes, and pearly whites. Yeah, baby.

Can I track my order?

At this time, no. We promise, once you’ve gotten that confirmation email, it’s en route. Don’t fret.

Where's my package?

If 3-5 business days have gone by and you still don’t see your box on the porch, drop us a line at info@gleamtoothbrush.com and we’ll get it straightened out.

Why are the bristles of my bamboo brush falling out?

Every last part of our bamboo brush is biodegradable, right down to the adhesive that holds in the bristles. So, after a few uses, a couple might fall out. Just know it’s all in the name of an environmentally friendly design.

If you’re ever seriously unhappy with one of our products, we’d be more than happy to ship you a new one or swap it out for a different kind.

Can I replace my current brush head?

Of course! If you’re happy with the brush you’ve got (but you’re just after the peace of mind), we offer replacement heads for most common electric toothbrushes.

We’ve also got replacements for our own electric brushes. No matter which option you choose, we’ll keep ‘em comin’ and make sure you’re stocked up with everything you need for a happy, healthy mouth.

How often should I replace my brush/brush head?

Most dental professionals recommend replacing your toothbrush every three months, and the American Dental Association (ADA) recommends a replacement every three to four months, or sooner if the bristles are getting frayed.

We’re happy to send replacements more or less often. You just let us know.

How long does the electric brush take to charge?

Just like your other devices, it depends on how often you use it between charges. We’d recommend charging our Gleam Brush for 12 hours when it arrives. After that, just place it on the charging base after each use. If you happen to avoid the charging station for a while, we estimate you’ll get about three weeks use on a full charge.

If you want to travel with it, you shouldn’t need to bring the charger on trips lasting less than 20 days.

Absorbs Plaque and Bacteria

Due to its naturally porous structure, charcoal absorbs plaque and bacteria in the mouth, helping clean both teeth and gums more effectively.

The charcoal absorbs and binds bacteria together at a microscopic level to reduce and remove it from the mouth, compared to a conventional toothbrush that simply scrapes and sweeps bacteria away.

Though we don’t offer a free trial period, you can sign up for our service and cancel any time before your next shipment arrives. We’ll keep your account active in case you’d ever like to restart, and there will never be any cancellation fees. We hate fees, too—and that’s just shady.
