What if I ordered the wrong item?

If your order has not shipped, we recommend cancelling your current order. You can do this by going to accessing your subscription manager by signing into the site. Once logged in, proceed to Your Account (located in the header). Here, select Manage followed by Cancel Order. Then select your correct product from our store and checkout as usual.

When am I charged for my box?
